1. Scope of Service

Lag Fixer is a mobile utility designed for device storage optimization, media compression, and secure file management. It is not a system-level application and does not guarantee improved hardware lifespan or battery health. The app's primary function is to assist you in organizing and decluttering your local device storage.

2. Local Data & Encryption

Lag Fixer processes most data locally. Specifically, the "Private Vault" feature encrypts files using on-device keys. You are solely responsible for:

• Backing up important media prior to using cleanup or compression tools.
• Remembering your Vault PIN/Password. Due to our local-encryption architecture, we cannot recover files if you lose your local access credentials.
• Ensuring you have the legal right to the files you are processing with the app.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Lag Fixer Pro provides access to advanced features via a subscription.

• Payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellations must be managed through your device's store settings. We cannot process refunds directly.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of Lag Fixer. You may not use the application for any illegal purposes or to handle copyrighted material for which you do not have permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

Lag Fixer is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Otherside Studios shall not be liable for any accidental loss of data, hardware malfunction, or system errors resulting from the use of the storage cleanup or compression features. Regular device backups are strongly recommended.

6. Account Termination

You can terminate your account and delete your data at any time via the app settings. Upon termination, your local encryption keys and history will be purged. This action is irreversible.
